At A Little Counseling, PLLC, we believe that everyone can benefit from a little counseling. Our counseling program is built on the foundation of mental strength, promoting rational and productive thinking. Our mission is to provide a non-intimidating, friendly, and laid-back environment where individuals can feel comfortable seeking counseling services. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and strive to help individuals become the best version of themselves. We believe that breaking the stigma associated with counseling is crucial, and we aim to make counseling accessible and approachable for everyone.

Our Services

We offer a range of counseling services, including play therapy for kids and adolescents, adult counseling, ADHD and mood swings therapy, and telehealth services. Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each client, helping them develop the skills and strategies they need to overcome life's challenges.

Our Therapists

Our team of therapists is led by Bri-Ann Richter-Abitol, Founder and Counseling Program Director. Our therapists are trained in our proprietary child and adolescent counseling program, ensuring that each client receives consistent, high-quality care. We have a team of 11 therapists who specialize in anxiety counseling, making us one of the largest anxiety counseling practices in Wake Forest.

Our office is conveniently located in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and we serve clients from Wake Forest, North Raleigh, Youngsville, and Rolesville. Our office is designed to be warm and welcoming, and we strive to make each client feel comfortable and at ease.
