Welcome to Wake Forest Mind and Health, PLLC, where our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and achieve a greater sense of awareness, empowerment, and well-being. Our founder, Dr. Katherine E. Walker, PhD, LCMHC, NCC, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in individual and couples therapy, life/career/wellness coaching, biofeedback, and stress management.

Our Services

At Wake Forest Mind and Health, PLLC, we offer a range of services designed to support our clients' mental health and well-being. Our services include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, counseling for depression, counseling for social anxiety, couples counseling, LGBTQIA+ individual therapy, biofeedback, and telehealth. Dr. Katherine E. Walker, PhD, LCMHC, NCC, is the owner of Wake Forest Mind and Health, PLLC. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Walker specializes in individual and couples therapy, life/career/wellness coaching, biofeedback, and stress management. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, couples work, assertiveness and communication skills, self-esteem, grief/loss, work-life balance, coaching, biofeedback, and stress management.
