Our owner, Dr. Ahmed Alaina, is a doctor of physical therapy who is dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals through a combination of cross training, physical therapy, and community support. Our coaches, Kathleen Moore and Baylee Taylor, are experienced athletes who have a deep understanding of the importance of functional fitness and its benefits for overall health and well-being.
