Recognizing that every body has unique requirements, we offer Mobility classes focusing on targeted flexibility and range-of-motion exercises. Drawing on the principles of ROMWOD programming and the insights from "Becoming a Supple Leopard" by Dr. Kelly Starrett, these classes aim to alleviate muscle tightness, prevent injuries, and optimize athletic performance.
