Tiffany: As the owner of Whole Body Fitness and a lifelong athlete, Tiffany is dedicated to helping clients challenge their own limits and implement a healthy lifestyle within their busy schedules. With certifications from ACE, NASM, PPSC, and Precision Nutrition, Tiffany's training philosophy focuses on creating success through goal identification, ability optimization, quality form, increased function, and commitment.

Scott: With a MA in Kinesiology and certifications from NSCA and EXOS, Scott specializes in helping athletes build rotational strength and power. His training philosophy emphasizes the importance of being an all-around athlete, able to run, change direction quickly, jump high, and control body weight efficiently.

Brandon: As a former All-American wrestler and a high school wrestling coach, Brandon focuses on helping clients become more comfortable and confident in how they move through life. His training philosophy encourages clients to develop a strong foundation of functional movement, enabling them to enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle.
