At UpLift Fitness, we believe in empowering women to take control of their health and wellness journey. Our story began in 2005 when two friends, Chris Radke and Jill Strand, decided to open a fitness studio dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals. With a shared passion for exercise and healthy living, they developed a unique concept that combines free personal training, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition guidance to provide an extraordinary value to our members.

Our mission is to help women live healthier, happier lives through exercise and good nutrition. We believe that strong women can achieve anything they set their minds to, and we're committed to providing a supportive community and expert guidance to help them reach their full potential.

  • FREE personal training: a new program change every 12 workouts
  • Unlimited group fitness classes

Gym Hours and Location
