St. Paul Pilates Studio (STPPS) is a premier pilates and personal training studio located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. Our studio is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking to improve their overall health and well-being. With an open floor plan of approximately 1,400 square feet, our studio boasts high ceilings, large windows, and ample space for various Pilates apparatus, including Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Ladder/Barrel, Chair, and more. Our entryway welcomes you with calming natural light, a cozy seating area, and cubbies for storing your belongings. We offer water and towels free of charge, and our location is easily accessible by city bus, bike, or car. STPPS is proudly situated between two other women-owned businesses and is a proud sponsor of the Seven Spokes Women's Racing Team.

Services Offered

At STPPS, we offer a range of services designed to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Our services include:

  • Private & Duets: These sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, offering a hands-on experience that teaches proper movement and provides the right level of challenge to help you reach your goals. Our experienced instructors will guide you in building strength, flexibility, and balance, while also providing the support and encouragement you need to stay motivated and on track.
  • Apparatus Classes: Once you have developed a solid foundation in your private sessions, you can put your skills to the test in our group apparatus classes. Limited to 5 participants, these classes provide a more personalized experience than traditional group classes, allowing you to build strength and confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Large Group Classes: For those looking to build relationships and push themselves with team motivation, our large group classes are a great option. These classes are done on the floor and include options such as Barre and Mat.
  • Virtual Services: For those who are not yet ready to return to the studio, we offer virtual Pilates classes and private/duet sessions. Our virtual services allow you to stay healthy and strong from the comfort of your own home.
