What We Offer

  • CrossFit: Our group classes consist of a dynamic warm-up followed by a concentrated focus on technical and skill-building exercises. Each day's workout is designed to challenge our athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally, while also promoting camaraderie and sense of community.
  • Nutrition: We recognize that proper nutrition is critical to achieving optimal results. Our expert coaches will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
  • Personal Training: For individuals who require more intense and specialized coaching, we offer one-on-one training sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs.
  • Olympic Lifting: Our specialized programs focus on technical skills, speed, and agility, enabling you to master lifts such as the snatch, clean and jerk, and other advanced lifts.
  • Aerobic Capacity: We offer additional training sessions that focus on endurance, pacing, and technique to enhance your overall cardio performance.

Group Class Schedule

Our group classes are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. We invite you to join us for any of the following classes:

  • Monday:

+ CrossFit: 6:00-7:00 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, 6:00-7:00 PM

  • Tuesday:

+ CrossFit: 6:00-7:00 AM, 6:00-7:00 PM

  • Wednesday:

+ CrossFit: 6:00-7:00 AM, 7:30-8:30 PM
