Our Pilates classes are based on the original methodology created by Joseph Pilates, which focuses on strengthening the abdominals and deep spinal muscles, increasing flexibility, and promoting overall wellness. Our Yoga classes include Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar styles, and are designed to help you relieve the stressors of modern life while nurturing total well-being.

Our Aerial Fitness classes use the AntiGravity Harrison Hammocks to help you defy gravity and experience zero compression inversions, deeper flexibility, and greater proprioception. Our Fascial Fitness classes focus on exercising the fascial web, which consists of connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, and cartilage, to improve pain, efficiency in movement, and athleticism. And our Dance classes are a great way to let loose and have fun while learning new techniques.
