That's why we offer various programs that include monthly consultations, email support, and overall health and wellness assessments. We also provide daily tips on our Facebook page and video analysis of your exercise form with corrections to reduce injuries and help you consistently improve.

Dr. Annthea Fenwick, PhD., MS., CSCS, EP-C, FMS, Exercise Physiologist
Dr. Annthea Fenwick has over 25 years of experience working with thousands of clients, from basic fitness instruction to working with members of the US Olympic Team. She has clients that she has trained for more than 15 years and understands the challenges that come with aging, injury, and life. Dr. Fenwick is committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. She holds a PhD in Holistic Nutrition, a Master's in Kinesiology - Exercise Physiology, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Exercise Physiologist (CEP), and Pilates Instructor.
Dale Collins, MS., CSCS, EP-C, FMS, Exercise Physiologist
Dale Collins has been working as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist for over 20 years. He fell in love with fitness and learned how quickly it can change every aspect of your life and relationships. With over two decades of experience in helping people achieve real-world body changes, Dale has the education, wisdom, and experience to get the best out of you. He holds a Master's in Kinesiology - Exercise Physiology, a Bachelor's in Kinesiology - Exercise Science, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Exercise Physiologist (CEP).
Our Programs
We offer two exercise programs designed to meet your specific needs and goals:
1. Exercise Program with a Personalized Approach
This program includes a program design that has progressions and regressions for each exercise, monthly consultation via phone or Zoom, email support, overall health and wellness assessment, personal accountability, and support. You will also receive daily tips on our Facebook page. The cost for this program is $199 per month.
2. Exercise Program with Accountability
This program includes everything mentioned above, plus two consultations via phone or Zoom per month, video of your exercises with explanation of form, and video analysis of your exercise form with corrections to reduce injuries and help you consistently improve. The cost for this program is $299 per month.
