Our Services
*Personal Training*: This is our flagship service, and it's where we truly shine. Personal training is a great way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best! Our personal trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness program that meets your individual needs and goals.
*Fit Cycle*: Fit Cycle is a 50-minute indoor cycling class that is low impact and high energy. It's perfect for both beginners and advanced riders. Our instructors will lead you through a challenging and energizing ride that is set to motivating music. You'll work hills, sprints, jumps, and flat roads, all while rapidly burning calories and increasing your fitness level.
*Fit HIIT*: H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and it's a training technique that involves giving all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Our Fit HIIT classes are designed to challenge you and help you see real results.
*Mat Pilates*: Mat Pilates focuses on spinal stabilization and exercises that help improve posture and correct muscle imbalances. Our classes will help you strengthen your core and move your body with stability, control, and precision. We offer both beginner and advanced classes, so you can progress at your own pace.
*Fit Circuit*: This is a 45-minute functional fitness class that will help you succeed in sports and in life. Each day's exercise focus is varied to ensure you receive a well-rounded exercise program. The blend includes upper body strength, lower body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, full body strength, and core and balance strength.
*Senior Group Exercise Classes*: Our senior group exercise classes are designed to help older adults stay active and healthy. We offer a variety of classes that are low impact and joint-friendly, including Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
