At root SUP & Fitness, we believe in creating a community that values total health and wellness. Our journey began with a simple yet profound connection between two friends, Cathy Pierce and Jenn Houck, who shared a passion for educating others about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Their friendship, rooted in mutual respect and shared experiences, led them to pursue their personal trainer certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, followed by their yoga teacher certifications from The Nosara Institute/evolve yoga and wellness.
