Founded by Jerry Yuhara, a certified personal trainer and massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, JY Fitness was born out of a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. With a background in business administration and extensive education in the health sciences, Jerry has dedicated his career to teaching proper exercise technique, injury management, nutrition, and fitness programs. His extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels has given him a unique understanding of the importance of individualized training and personalized attention.
