At FORME Barre, we are a boutique barre fitness company dedicated to providing a dynamic, safe, and extremely effective exercise method that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Our founders, Mabel Modrono and Tyler Ingram, both former premier classical ballet dancers, have coupled their passion for dance with their love of barre fitness to create an exercise method that is ever-evolving and continuously learning about anatomy and alignment.

The FORME Method
The FORME Method barre class is a 60-minute dynamic class that combines elements of classical ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. The class mixes intense muscle training with recovery stretching that results in a long, lean physique with gorgeous tone. Our exercises are sequenced together purposefully to create layers of work followed by intentional stretching, resulting in a long, lean physique with serious tone. Within 10 sessions, you will see improved posture, increased flexibility, and an overall more sculpted and trim body.
Digital Studio
Our digital studio offers LIVE streaming FORME Method classes as well as a video on-demand library. New content is added multiple times a week! There are full-length (60 minutes) FORME Method classes, shorter workouts focused on specific body parts (FORME FOCUS), and FORME BLEND (ballet-cardio inspired) classes. Classes are for all levels of fitness, and you can start your free trial today.
