Achieve Your Perfect Balance

Perfect Balance Fitness is a mobile fitness and wellness company dedicated to providing personalized training, yoga, and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) instruction to clients in San Diego County and beyond. Our mission is to help individuals achieve balance in their lives through accessible, engaging, and effective fitness and mind-body programs.

Founded by Adrienne Donio Wagemester, Perfect Balance Fitness offers private and small group sessions for personal training, Vinyasa yoga, SUP yoga, SUP fitness, and SUP instruction. Adrienne holds degrees in Exercise Science from Temple University and Business Management/Travel & Tourism from Brandywine College of Widener University. With over twenty-five years of experience in health and fitness, she is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Functional Training Specialist; RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, and a WPA and Paddle Into Fitness-Certified SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness Instructor. Her passion for fitness and wellness is evident in every session, and her commitment to helping clients find balance in their lives is the driving force behind Perfect Balance Fitness.

Our Services

Perfect Balance Fitness offers a variety of services designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Our offerings include:

  • Personal Training: Our customized personal training programs are designed to meet individual fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, building strength, or improving overall health and well-being. We offer private sessions at your home, corporate gym, hotel or resort, and other locations in addition to regularly scheduled group sessions.
  • Yoga Classes: Our Vinyasa yoga classes focus on proper alignment and connection between breath and movement. We offer scheduled outdoor classes in San Marcos, Carlsbad, and North County San Diego area beach cities. Private sessions are also available at your convenience.
  • SUP Instruction: Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a low-impact, full-body workout that's both challenging and fun. We offer SUP instruction for beginners, including a 90-minute class that covers water safety, paddle technique, and other essential skills.
  • SUP Yoga & Fitness: Practicing yoga or fitness on a paddleboard adds an extra layer of challenge and excitement to your workout. Our SUP yoga and fitness classes are held on the water and include a refresher water safety review. Paddleboard and other equipment are provided.
  • Special Event Classes: Looking for a unique and memorable way to celebrate a special occasion? Perfect Balance Fitness offers private yoga and SUP classes for bridal showers, bachelorette parties, corporate events, and more.
  • Corporate Yoga and Personal Training: Perfect Balance Fitness offers customized corporate wellness programs, including on-site yoga and personal training sessions.
