Meet Our Team
Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about fitness and committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Connie Kelly, the owner of CK Pilates LLC, is a certified STOTT PILATES instructor with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation. She is also a licensed physical therapist assistant and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Human Behavior and Development. Connie actively participates in many athletic endeavors, including triathlons, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Paula Wintz is a certified occupational therapist assistant with over 15 years of experience in the physical rehabilitation field. She is a STOTT PILATES trained instructor and has certifications in Spinning and TRX Suspension Training. Paula is a motivating instructor who encourages proper form while challenging you to reach your full potential.
Katie Yoa is a trained STOTT Pilates instructor with certifications in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She is also certified in Spinning, Booty Barre, and TRX Suspension Training. Katie is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys challenging and encouraging people to perform to the best of their ability.
