Sasha, the founder of Body In Balance, LLC, has a Master's degree in Rehabilitative Sciences and multiple certifications in fitness and wellness. With her extensive background in treating patients with various musculoskeletal disorders and her experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Sasha is well-equipped to tailor exercise programs that cater to your specific needs, goals, and preferences. She has worked in various clinical settings and gyms, and has helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health.
