Welcome to CORE, a unique and specialized fitness training program led by the experienced and certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and prenatal/postnatal exercise specialist, Carla Zeitlin. With over 25 years of combined sports and fitness experience, Carla has developed a comprehensive approach to exercise that empowers individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Prenatal & Postnatal Workouts: Designed specifically for pregnant women and new mothers, these workouts focus on maintaining and strengthening the core muscles while promoting optimal health and fitness during this period.

Pilates & CORE Training: Our Pilates-based workouts incorporate a variety of methods, including Integrative-Core Stabilization Training, Plyometrics, TRX Training, Balance and Coordination Training, and Traditional Weight Training, to optimize fat burning and overall fitness.

Private Sessions: Our one-on-one training sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, providing a personalized and supportive workout experience.

Workouts for Seniors: Our senior-focused workouts are designed to improve overall strength, balance, and coordination, while catering to the unique needs and abilities of older adults.
