Equipped with a range of Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, reformer, chair, and barrels, our studio offers a variety of ways to challenge and engage your muscles. Our small class sizes ensure that you receive personalized attention and guidance from our instructors.
Health and Safety
At Sandpiper Pilates, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients. We adhere to a strict COVID-19 Health & Safety Policy, which includes measures such as hand sanitizer stations, equipment sanitization, and a medical-grade air purifier. We also encourage clients to take responsibility for their own health and safety by staying home if they are experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19.
Getting Started
To get started with Pilates, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first session to fill out some paperwork and meet with your instructor. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle. We look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals!
