Our founder, Susan Foxley, is a certified life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, registered yoga master, and author. With decades of experience in teaching yoga and healthy life habits to people of all ages, Susan has developed a unique approach to life coaching and yoga that combines her expertise in psychology, breathwork, and meditation.

Our Offerings
At Foxley Fitness, we offer a variety of services designed to help you achieve your goals. Our services include:
- Life Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching sessions, either in-person or online, to help you overcome challenges, set goals, and create a personalized plan for achieving a healthier, happier life. Our life coaching sessions include clinical hypnotherapy for stress relief, happiness, health, and for sleep, to quit smoking and/or weight loss, if needed.
- Yoga Classes: 1-on-1 and group yoga classes, both online and in-person, to help you develop flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and increasing energy.
- Workshops and Retreats: Regular workshops and retreats, both online and in-person, to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you. Our workshops and retreats include activities such as yoga, soundbaths, breathwork, meditation, relationship and nutritional panels, hypnosis, tarot readings, massages, and vegan lunches.
- Books and Videos: We offer a range of books and videos on life coaching, yoga, and wellness, including Susan Foxley's best-selling books, "The Foxley Fix: The Little Instruction Book of Essential Yoga Poses" and "Mixed Up to Fixed Up in Four Weeks: A Life Guide for Growth".
