Steve Ritz, our Exercise Physiologist and Founder, has been involved in the fitness field since 1991 and has worked with a wide variety of clients. Greg Gerding, our Fitness Specialist, has been with us since 2003 and has a background in both fitness and business, allowing him to relate with clients on a personal and professional level.
