At Mt Tam Fitness, we believe in integrating fitness into your outdoor lifestyle. Our founder, Shawn Crowson, has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and dedicates himself to each client's individual success. He is an expert mountain bike racer and former triathlete who understands the importance of living a fit, active life.

Shawn started Mt Tam Fitness out of his love for nature and the desire to help people get fit in nature. He knows that not everyone has the luxury of getting outdoors in the beautiful Bay Area as much as they would like, and he created this business to provide them with the opportunity to do so. Shawn aims to give his clients the chance to feel the inspiration he feels when he's on his bike or running outdoors.

Our team uses the natural motivational effects of the outdoors to inspire our clients to surpass the limits of their daily routines. We create workouts that challenge you but don't push you past your fitness thresholds until you're ready. Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals and live a healthier, more active lifestyle.

  • Outdoor Personal Training: One-on-one training sessions tailored to your specific fitness goals and needs.
  • Corporate Group Training: Get your team in shape and boost office morale with our corporate group training sessions.
  • Boot Camp: Mt Tam Fitness Boot Camp is an ongoing outdoor fitness program centered around hard work creating great results. We combine high-calorie burning cardio exercise with resistance training and flexibility training in order to melt fat, build lean muscle, and keep your body healthy. All fitness levels are welcome as the program is adaptable to everyone's needs and goals.
