Mind Body Designs is a fitness training business founded by Rhianna Ryer, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 28 years of experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Nutrition, as well as national certification through NSCA-CPT, Rhianna is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.
Philosophy
At Mind Body Designs, we believe that fitness is for everyone, not just an elite athletic few. We understand that exercising regularly can be a mundane task, but we aim to make it engaging and interesting. Our focus is on providing effective exercises in a fun format, eliminating boredom and inconsistent exercise habits.

We offer a range of services, including:
- Personal Training: One-on-one training tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Our personal trainers work closely with clients to understand their personal goals and desires, crafting a unique set of exercises designed to fit their needs.
- Bootcamp Classes: High-energy group fitness classes that combine strength training, cardio, and conditioning exercises. Our bootcamp classes are safe, fun, and tailored to achieve specific goals.
- Personalized Workout and Weight Loss Programs: Customized programs designed to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals. Our trainers work closely with clients to understand their nutritional needs and create a personalized workout and nutrition plan.
- Travel Programs: We also offer travel programs for individuals or groups looking for a fitness retreat or training program. Our trainers work closely with clients to create a customized program based on their goals and preferences.
