  • Personal Coaching: Guided exercise sessions with a degreed fitness professional who will motivate, educate, and celebrate your progress.
  • Group Classes: A range of group fitness classes, including our signature Lifeline Fitness and Basics Connect programs, as well as yoga and tai chi.
  • On-site Physical Therapy: For members transitioning into or out of physical therapy, we offer seamless communication, care, and outcomes with our partner physical therapy center.
  • Certified Nutrition Consult: Exclusive access to Lisa Prince, a renowned nutrition specialist who provides nourishing and mindful strategies for optimal wellness.
