The Fitness Factory is a 24/7, multi-level fitness facility located in Portland, Maine. Our state-of-the-art gym offers a wide range of equipment and resources to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or a professional athlete. Our Facility
Our facility features over 18,000 square feet of space, complete with locker rooms, private showers, and day lockers. We have two levels of cardio equipment, including 8 stepmills, 15+ treadmills, row machines, exercise bikes, spin bikes, ellipticals, and arc trainers. Our weight training area is equipped with dumbbells up to 150lbs, 7 squat racks, 5 deadlift platforms, 2 competition benches, and a variety of plate loaded and pin loaded machines. We also have a functional training room with 60 feet of turf, stackable plyometric boxes, weighted medicine balls, battle ropes, and more.
The Supplement Factory and Shake Bar
In addition to our fitness equipment, we also have The Supplement Factory and Shake Bar, where you can find everything you need to fuel your body before, during, and after your workout. Our shake bar offers protein shakes made to order, pre-workout drinks and powder, BCAAs and EAAs, protein bars and other snacks, and more. We also carry a wide range of supplements and merchandise, including protein tubs, pre-workout and intra-workout supplements, custom apparel, and shaker bottles.
