Meet Tom Lindmeier

Tom Lindmeier, the founder of O2O Fitness, is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. At the age of 50, Tom recognized the toll that aging was taking on his body and decided to take action. After venturing through a variety of fitness programs and training with Phil Martens and his patented G-Werx system, Tom became a personal trainer and now specializes in teaching group sessions at local community centers.

Tom's approach to fitness training is based on the latest recommendations from the American College of Sports Medicine and incorporates a variety of challenging cardio and strength-building regimens.
