My Story

As someone who has struggled with my own health journey, I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with feeling stuck. After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and irritable bowel syndrome, I was determined to take my health back. Through my own research and education, I discovered the power of nutrition, fitness, and stress reduction methods. I went on to attend the top nutrition school in New York and graduated as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I now share my knowledge and expertise with others, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
