Our History

Legacy Companies was established in 1981 under the name Snell Mechanical. In 2004, the company underwent new ownership and expanded into a premier design-build company. In 2014, it became Combat Veteran Owned and Operated under Clint Anderson's leadership. After Clint's retirement in 2021, Todd Sentyrz, a long-time employee and president, took over the company, ensuring that our legacy continues to thrive with the same values and commitment to excellence.

Our Qualifications

We are signatory to labor agreements with Sheet Metal Local #10 and Pipe Fitters Local #455 and #539. Our team consists of over 40 union members, providing a highly qualified workforce dedicated to their craft in commercial HVAC.
