Facility Experiences
Negative Experiences
Several reviewers had negative experiences with the facility. One reviewer, Sara Nichols, was extremely dissatisfied with the way her son was treated during a spring break camp. He was kicked out of the camp for roughhousing, and the facility refused to refund their money, leaving them with no alternative plans. Sara felt that the facility had not followed through on their end and was more interested in taking people's money.
Dizzy had a frightening experience when they witnessed a shootout in the parking lot and were later refused entry into the facility through the main doors. This incident made them feel unsafe and unlikely to return.
Jessica Thiele was disappointed with the soccer training provided to her son. Despite being a beginner, he was thrown into games against experienced players with no proper training, and the coaches were often absent from training and games.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Moore had a very positive experience with the facility. They found the sports programs for all ages to be excellent, with affordable classes starting from as young as 2 years old. Their son enjoyed basketball, soccer, and t-ball classes, and they appreciated the friendly staff and clean facilities.
