That's why our trainers take the time to get to know each client, understand their unique needs and goals, and create a personalized training program tailored just for them.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our semi-private training programs provide a unique and personalized experience, where you'll work closely with one of our experienced trainers to achieve your goals. We also offer wellness education and support, goal setting and lifestyle coaching, and program design. And, with our flexible scheduling options, you can train when and how you want.

Meet Our Team

Our team of experienced trainers is led by Jeff Carr, owner and movement specialist, who has over 13 years of training experience. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology. Scott Croom, one of our movement specialists, has 23 years of experience and holds numerous national certifications. Soya Ouk, our other movement specialist, has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a minor in Mathematics, and has experience in functional movement, weight loss, and strength training.

Our Story

The Fitness Company started in a garage with a goal to improve movement science and personal training. We saw a missing link between current research and the clientele population. We chose to put the needs of the client first, applying education and building relationships. Our story began in 2011, with in-home training, and after years of hard work, we officially opened our commercial business in April 2013.
