Founded in 2008, P3 Houston has been dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and look better. We understand that committing to a fitness journey can be challenging, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our mission is to empower our clients with the knowledge that there are no quick fixes, only long-term progress achieved through consistent efforts and a strategic plan.

Our Approach

At P3, we believe in fostering an environment that encourages lifelong healthy habits. We are located in the heart of Houston, serving the West University, Galleria, Bellaire, Greenway Plaza, and Southside areas. Our experienced team of trainers shares over 100 years of professional fitness and strength training expertise. We help you identify your unique fitness needs and develop a customized plan to achieve your goals.

Meet the P3 Training Team

  • *Coach Rich*: As a Germany-born, Texas-raised individual, Coach Rich's passion for health and fitness began while playing baseball in college. With an engineering background, he found his calling in coaching and strives to help clients reach their full potential through consistent training. Rich's motto is "improve life, one rep at a time."
  • *Coach Bree*: With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and M.S in Sports Pedagogy from Baylor University, Coach Bree specializes in helping students understand strength training and maximizing their performance. Her background in track and field and her NSCA certifications enable her to provide expert guidance and encouragement to those starting their fitness journey.
  • *Coach Maureen*: Founder of P3 Houston, Coach Maureen fell in love with CrossFit in 2004 and quickly became dedicated to helping others improve their movement and reach their goals. As a Level 4 Certified CrossFit coach, she focuses on providing direct and grounded feedback to help students achieve their training objectives.

Getting Started at P3

1. Schedule a Consultation: To begin your journey with P3, schedule a conversation with one of our coaches. We will discuss your unique needs, determine if P3 is the right fit for you, and create an individualized plan to help you reach your goals.

2. Start with a Coach: Every P3 student starts their journey by working individually with a Coach. Your Coach will assess your current abilities, address any movement concerns, and create a tailored training plan to help you achieve your goals.

3. Join Group Classes: Once you've completed the initial one-on-one sessions, you can join our group classes designed for all fitness levels. Our classes emphasize accountability, community, and motivation.
