Brian's journey with fitness began at a young age, fueled by a passion for sports and martial arts. From skiing and BMX racing to weight training and the art of Tang Soo Do, he developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of movement and discipline. This lifelong dedication culminated in obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and earning certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
