Our Services
We offer a range of services, including GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, and Pilates-based classes. Our GYROTONIC sessions are designed to engage the core, improve flexibility and balance, and enhance overall physical fitness. GYROKINESIS classes focus on spinal mobility, flexibility, and strength, while Pilates-based classes emphasize core strength, posture, and body control.
Meet Our Instructors
Kim Cramer is a certified GYROTONIC instructor with extensive experience in various types of core exercise. Nick Cucuzzo PhD is a certified GYROTONIC instructor and holds a PhD in physics. Maria Montas de Oca is a certified GYROTONIC instructor, Pilates certified, and a choreographer. Stacy Elan is a certified Pilates instructor, and Beth Everitt is a certified GYROTONIC instructor with a background as a professional ballet dancer.
Our Studio
Our studio is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, including GYROTONIC equipment, Pilates reformers, and exercise balls. We also offer specialized equipment, such as the Jumping Stretching Board and the Leg Extension Unit. Our studio is designed to provide a comfortable and inspiring environment, with a focus on individual expression and personal growth.
