At Kinesis Pilates, we believe that you only get one body, and it's our mission to help you learn to connect with it, care for it, and challenge it to grow. Our classically trained teachers use the Pilates method to help you understand your body, connect with it, use it mindfully, and challenge it to grow. We offer one-on-one sessions and group classes in our studio located in The Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado.

Our Story

We were voted Best Pilates Studio by 5280 Magazine Readers four years in a row, and we're proud to have served our community with dedication and passion. Our studio was founded by Sophia Briegleb, a certified Pilates teacher with a background in Sports Medicine and Neuroscience. Sophia's journey with Pilates began when she used it to heal from chronic hip and SI joint pain, and she has since become a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with a deep understanding of the human body.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall well-being. Our one-on-one sessions and group classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and we use the Pilates method to teach you how to move better, more efficiently, and effectively. We also offer online lessons, workshops, and meditation and movement classes to help you connect with your body and mind.

Meet Our Teachers

Our teachers are highly trained and certified Pilates instructors with a deep understanding of the human body. Sophia Briegleb, our owner and founder, has a B.S. in Sports Medicine and a M.S. in Neuroscience, and has completed the 950-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder. Jennifer Clayton, our certified Pilates teacher, has completed the Advanced Teacher Training at The Pilates Center in Boulder and has a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Yevett Karpel, our Pilates teacher, has a background in dance and has completed extensive training in the Pilates method.

At Kinesis Pilates, we believe that Pilates is not just a form of exercise, but a way of life. We believe in teaching you how to move better, more efficiently, and effectively, and how to connect with your body and mind. We believe that by understanding your body and how it moves, you can achieve greater flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
