Our Mission

We believe that everyone deserves to achieve their fitness goals without breaking the bank. That's why we created our X-Circuit training program, a unique approach that brings all the advantages of cross fit, core training, high intensity interval training, and strength training into a 45-minute amazing calorie and fat-burning workout. Our program is designed to provide you with the motivation, nutritional guidance, and professional assistance you need to achieve the results you're after.

Our Services

At Xtra Fitness, we offer a variety of services to help you reach your fitness goals. Our X-Circuit training program is our staple workout, and we offer over 20 circuits per week to choose from, with no appointment needed. We also provide private training, x-circuit training, or a combination of both. Our trainers are certified and experienced in various fitness areas, including strength training, rope training, core training, balance training, agility training, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, plyometrics, and more.

Our Trainers

Our owners and trainers, Vanessa Herrick and Steve Herrick, have over 33 years of combined experience in the fitness and wellness industry. They hold numerous certifications in various fitness areas, including ASFA Wellness & Fitness Coach, NDEITA/NETA, NASM CPT, APEX, TRX Certification, AFAA Kickboxing, Club Boxing Cardio, and more.
