  • Helen Pufahl: Helen is our founder and trainer, with over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry. She's a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition consultant.
  • George Bein: George is a certified personal trainer with extensive experience in strength training and endurance training.
