Meet Our Trainer

Bill Lewis, our lead trainer, has over thirty years of industry experience and has received numerous certifications and recognition in sports and physical training. With a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of biomechanics, Bill combines conventional methods of exercise with innovative techniques to develop personalized programs for his clients. His specialties include functional strength training, joint stabilization, target training, and pre and post-rehabilitation conditioning.
