Our Team

At TD Fitness, we pride ourselves on our experienced and certified team of professionals. Our team is led by owners Tommy Au and Danny Ma, both certified personal trainers with a passion for fitness. Tommy Au's background in martial arts and weightlifting has given him a unique perspective on fitness, while Danny Ma's education in nutritional sciences and physiology has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and exercise. Our trainers have a combined experience of over 20 years in the fitness industry, and we are proud to offer personalized service to every client.
